Cucamonga Valley, California

“Taylor had been brewing beer for a decade. Garrett and Dusty met in Florence. We and our wives fell in love with wine together and taught ourselves to grow and make it. We're devoted to southern California where we were born and raised. We'll work year after year to explore this region with curiosity, respect, and a light touch to allow the place every opportunity to speak for itself.”

The Vineyards

“Winemaking happens here. We don't own our own vineyards, so we depend on small-scale farmers, who have become friends, across Southern California. Rather than starting with an idea of what our wines should be, we make wine determined by the unique character of each vineyard and our region. Ultimately, without our farmers, we would be nowhere.”

The vines of the Inland Empire still stand on their own roots, without water, producing beautiful, heritage varieties. New vines planted in the backyard of ambitious small-scale farmers take to the soil with verve, quickly producing fruit of intriguing character. The original sin of southern California winemaking is not believing in its own capacity for greatness.”
